Nature of the service
RedMontMed is an information-only medical research platform operating across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the EEA and Switzerland.
The platform provides AI-assisted, publicly sourced research intended to help users explore clinicians, treatments and clinical trials relevant to specific medical conditions. Research is powered by Anthropic Claude.
RedMontMed does not provide healthcare services, medical advice, clinical decision support, or any regulated activity in any jurisdiction.
Section 2
No medical advice — mandatory disclaimer
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Nothing on the platform shall be construed as medical advice, a clinical opinion, a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, a referral, or an endorsement of any clinician, hospital, treatment or clinical trial.
RedMontMed does not provide medical advice or personalised clinical guidance; does not verify licensing status, qualifications or current practice rights of any clinician; does not guarantee accuracy of contact details, affiliations or treatment information; and does not recommend or endorse any individual, institution or therapy.
RedMontMed expressly disclaims all liability arising from any reliance placed on information provided through the platform.
Your obligations as a user
By using the platform you agree that you will:
- Consult a licensed healthcare professional before making any medical decision.
- Independently verify that any clinician is currently registered with the appropriate regulatory authority in their jurisdiction.
- Not use the platform as the sole basis for any medical decision.
- Not rely on the platform in any medical emergency — contact emergency services immediately.
Section 3
Accuracy, completeness and verification
Information on the platform is generated using AI-assisted analysis of publicly available sources. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, RedMontMed does not warrant that any information is current, complete or error-free.
Without limitation: specialist names, expertise indicators, hospital affiliations and contact details may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete; phone numbers and email addresses are AI-generated from public sources and have not been individually verified; treatment effectiveness data is indicative only and based on published literature; clinical trial information may not reflect current recruiting status, amendments or protocol changes.
Users are solely responsible for verifying all information through official or primary sources before taking any action.
Section 4
Editorial independence
No clinician, hospital, pharmaceutical company, medical device manufacturer or any other commercial entity may pay, incentivise or otherwise influence the inclusion, ranking or presentation of any specialist, treatment, clinical trial or support group on this platform. All rankings and inclusions are determined solely by the merit-based criteria described in our Methodology. This principle is absolute, unconditional and hardcoded into our systems. It applies regardless of any commercial relationship and cannot be waived or overridden.
All patient support groups and charities are listed free of charge. No support organisation is charged for inclusion or preferential placement.
Section 5
Access and payment terms
Full access to search results is available through one-time access passes billed via Stripe. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing charges.

Additional payment terms
- All plans are one-time payments. None auto-renew. No cancellation is ever needed — access expires quietly.
- The Extra Month add-on is a one-off charge available only to users who have previously purchased a 1-Month or 3-Month access pass.
- Access is delivered via a magic link emailed after payment. No account or password is required.
- Refunds are discretionary due to immediate digital access being granted on purchase.
- EU/EEA users: your 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU is waived upon accessing digital content.
- UK users: equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are waived upon accessing digital content.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing access passes are unaffected by any price change.
Hardship access tokens
RedMontMed may at its discretion issue complimentary access tokens to users who demonstrate genuine financial hardship. To apply, email access@redmontmed.com with a brief note. We review every request personally. Hardship tokens provide equivalent access to paid plans for the stated period and are subject to these Terms in all other respects. Tokens are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Section 6
Regulatory position
RedMontMed is an information service only. It does not constitute a regulated healthcare provider, medical device, software as a medical device, or clinical decision-support system in any jurisdiction.
Section 7
Acceptable use
Users must not:
- Scrape or extract platform content using automated tools or bots.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute platform outputs.
- Share or transfer their access link or token to another person.
- Misrepresent platform information as verified medical advice.
- Use the platform in any manner that violates applicable law.
Section 8
Intellectual property
All platform design, branding, compilation and presentation of research constitute the intellectual property of RedMontMed. AI-generated outputs are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Individual factual data points such as names and addresses are not copyrightable, but the curated compilation is proprietary.
Section 9
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedMontMed shall not be liable for any medical, clinical or health outcome arising from use of the platform; any inaccuracies, omissions or outdated information; or any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages.
RedMontMed's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
Section 10
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
For users in the EU and EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply and are not affected by this clause. For users in Switzerland, mandatory provisions of Swiss law also apply. For users in Canada, mandatory provisions of the applicable provincial or territorial consumer protection legislation also apply.
Canada
Canadian users must independently verify clinician registration with the appropriate provincial or territorial authority (CPSO, CPSBC, CMQ, CPSA or equivalent). RedMontMed is not affiliated with Health Canada, CADTH, any provincial Ministry of Health or any Canadian regulatory body. For Canadian users, this clause is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
United States
US users must independently verify clinician licensing with the relevant state medical board. In emergencies, call 911 immediately. RedMontMed is not affiliated with the FDA, CMS, NIH or any US federal or state health agency. For US users, this clause is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Switzerland
Swiss users may independently verify clinician registration via the FMH online registry (Medregom) at medregom.admin.ch. RedMontMed is not affiliated with Swissmedic, the FDPIC or any Swiss federal or cantonal health authority.
Section 11
Amendments to these terms
RedMontMed may amend these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Material changes will be communicated by email to users with an active access pass at the time of the change, with at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
